McKechnie field and Pirate City (Spring Training facilities for Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball), Manatee Civic Center, IMG Academies and the following corporate offices or plants: Bealls, Champs, Tropicana are all just minutes away. Our beautiful Gulf beaches are just 6 miles west-have the beach without the higher beach prices! We specialize in groups and offer excellent rates. Bradenton is quickly becoming a center for sports of all types. Our State of Florida Chartered Sports Commission, the Florida Gulf Coast Sports Commission, works to bring sports events to our lovely Gulf Coast area. Both individual and team amateur athletics to amateur and professional vehicle racing offer opportunities to observe or participate. The on site IHOP serves daily 6AM to 9PM. They offer meeting rooms accommodating up to 125 people.

    South on I-75, take exit 220, go west on S.R. 64 (AKA Manatee Ave.), go approx. 5 miles to Hwy 41 (AKA 1st Street W.), turn left, follow 41S for 2 miles, hotel is on the right just past Popeyes. North on I-75, take exit 217, go west on S.R. 70 (AKA 53rd Ave.), to 15th St. E. (Eckerd's on right and Walgreens on left corners), turn right. Just past 1st light take left fork (301 Blvd.) go about 3 miles to 1st St. W. (AKA Hwy 41), turn right, hotel is ahead on left just past Arbys. South of Skyway Bridge take exit 2, Route 19, Go south approx 10 miles, go left off 19 to Hwy 41S, go over the bridge (Manatee River), follow 41S sign (AKA 1st St. W.) from bridge approx. 2 miles, hotel is on right just past Popeyes.
