Whether you're dining with a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, or relaxing in and around the pool, a holiday home provides an ideal accommodation. All of our vacation villas are block-built on generous sized lots. You will be impressed by the light and airy design and the quality workmanship both inside and out. Standard features include air-conditioning and a double garage. For added convenience, your home comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Your fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ice maker, stove and oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. Our homes are stocked with linen, towels and kitchen utensils. The exterior of your home is enhanced by a professionally manicured lawn, and a superb swimming pool. The pool deck is fully screened to add a degree of privacy while protecting you from insects and softening the sun's rays. The patio surrounding the pool is ideal for sunbathing providing you with the perfect Florida tan. The patio is also ideal for relaxing, barbecuing or enjoying a quiet evening with family and friends. (To meet the needs of budget-conscious clients, we offer a limited number of villas without a pool at reduced cost). In the living room you will find a color television and comfortable clean surroundings. All of our villas have very spacious split family home designs to make it convient for 2 families to share. In order to keep our homes in excellent condition, a one time departure fee is required for housekeeping. Sunsplash offers all our guest 24 hour a day, 7 day a week customer service and a specialize maintence team that is on call at all times.

Directions

From I-4 East or West, get off at exit 58. Head Through Championsgate to Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR54) turn left and go approx 500 yards, office on left, yellow building Sunsplash Vacation Homes. After 4pm go past the office to Loma Linda first community on the right after the office, turn in and then left, carry on round and up the hill to the second turn right , Hilltop Street go to the other end second to last house 125 . Key box in the porch and you will find envelope with your name on it and instructions to get to the allocated home. For any problems, you can call our office at (863)424-6193

	Guarantee Policy
	Guarantee to valid form of payment is required at booking. A deposit of 100 Percent of Stay is required at booking.

	Cancellation Policy
	Cancel 21 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 100 Percent of Stay.

A one hour drive to either the east or west will bring you to the glorious beaches along the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. There are local gyms, spas and all within 15 mins of your private home.
