Regal Palms Resort offers a superb line of 3 & 4-Bedroom Townhomes & 4, 5 & 6-Bedroom Private Pool Homes; spacious, fully equipped and exquisitely furnished. Conveniently located near all major attractions, shopping, dining, golf, tennis and a host of entertainment venues in Central Florida. The Clubhouse at Regal Palm's offers 24-hour Check-In, Bar & Grill, Meeting Facilities, Business Center, Arcade and large tropical Swimming Pavilion with Waterslide and Lazy River. Coming Fall 2005: Fitness center and spa services. Please note that all rates are subject to 12 percent tax and a per night resort fee of USD 10.00 plus tax. 3-night minimum stay required on all Private Pool Homes. Any stays under 5 nights in Private Pool Homes will be subject to a one time cleaning fee of USD 80.00 for a Four Bedroom Private Pool Home, USD 90.00 for a Five Bedroom Private Pool Home and USD 100.00 for a Six Bedroom Private Pool Home. There is no cleaning fee for guests who stay 5 nights or more.
