    Driving from Miami Airport: At airport or car rental desk ask for directions to I-75/Naples. Head west on I-75 to Exit 17. Turn left and head west on Immokelee Road. Follow Immokelee Road until you reach Tamiami Trial / 41. Turn left and head south to Vanderbilt Beach Road. Turn right onto Vanderbilt Beach Road and head west toward the beach - you will drive over Tamaimi Trial / 41 toward the Ritz Carlton. You will reach a 3-way intersection called Vanderbilt Beach Road and Vanderbilt Drive. Naples Coastal Realty / Regatta Resort is located in the North West corner in front of the Regatta Condominiums - across the street from the Ritz Carlton Employee parking lot. If you reach the Circle K - you have gone too far. Driving from I-75 or from Ft. Myers Airport: Head south on I-75 to Exit 17. Turn right and head west on Immokelee Road. Follow Immokelee Road until you reach Tamiami Trail / 41. You will see a McDonald*s on the far right corner and Walmart. Turn left and head south to Vanderbilt Beach Road. Turn right onto Vanderbilt Beach Road and head west toward the beach. You will reach a 3-way intersection called Vanderbilt Beach Road and Vanderbilt Drive. Naples Coastal Realty / Regatta Resort is located in the North West corner in front of the Regatta Condominiums - across the street from the Ritz Carlton Employee parking lot. If you reach the Circle K - you have gone too far.

    Guarantee Policy
    Guarantee to valid form of payment is required at booking. A deposit of 100 Percent of Stay is required at booking.

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancel 8 days prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of 100 Percent of Stay. ^^
