Go east on SR 16 6 miles to US 1. We are on the Northeast quadrant of this intersection. Right on San Marco 1/2 mile. We are on the left side of San Marco, just past the Old Sugar Mill. From A1A South, take the bridge of Lions to Avenida Menendez. Right on Avenida Menendez 1.5 miles Avenida Menendez becomes San Marco Ave. We are on the left, just pass the Old Sugar Mill. SR 16, travel East to US 1. We are at the intersection of US 1 and SR 16 Jacksonville: Follow I-95 south, exit 318. Go east on SR 16 6 miles to US 1. Daytona Beach: Follow I-95 north, exit 95.
